This Month's Wellness Focus
January 2024 Wellness Focus

Happy New Year! Welcome to this month's Wellness Focus – Health and Physical Fitness

Regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health. Being physically active can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities.

Below, you can find out about ways you can integrate fitness and exercise into your routine with our Project led initiative, resources on how to stay healthy and fit and how you can book a confidential one on one session with our on-site Mental Health professional, Ejaz.
