With the upcoming running events being sponsored by the project we have some great information on running strength training and injury prevention. A reminder about our discounted physiotherapy initial assessments as well as all of our injury prevention resources. The Push up challenge is underway for the month of June, it's not too late to join up and raise some money and awareness for mental health. Push Up Challenge For the Month of June we will be promoting the Push up challenge on the project to "Push for Better". The aim is to promote awareness for Mental Health through physical fitness and raise some money along the way. If you are interested get a team together and register here. |
