- Improving performance of office waste management and reporting: engaging with Grasshopper to improve office waste diversion, providing a recycling quiz, Return and Earn scheme and internal reporting was restructured to include grasshopper data along with commercial waste tracking.
- Cost benefit analysis for lessons learnt implemented in all knowledge shares.
- Implementation of high value initiatives: Glass sand flowable fill trial (April 2021)
- Quarterly reporting streamlined: Data registers have been streamlined and contact lists have been developed.
- Social targets: Part time flexible work program for workers with children, women in construction committee and ‘High Potential’ coaching program to upskill employees.

- Cost benefit analysis of timed air-conditioning at M5 offices showed significant resources required to implement, instead implemented timed water saving taps.
- Soft plastic recycling trial has been challenging to implement, as the industry is currently saturated with supply and lacking recycling facilities recycling .
- The solar panel proposal for the motorway operation centre was not taken up by the client.

- Continue to investigate soft plastic recycling options.
- Identify further opportunities to use bespoke low carbon concrete.
- Finalise a system for calculating total material spend on the Project
